When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime between 6am-11pm.

How much notice needs to be given when I move out?
We require one week's written notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, or state ID.)

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. However, we offer discounts for customers who sign a lease for a year or longer.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code.

How do I make a payment?
We auto bill credit cards on the first of every month. You may make a prepayment using our on-site kiosk, our website or by calling us.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, check or credit card payments can be received anytime at our on-site kiosk.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?
You may drive by to see our facility but access inside the facility is only available to tenants.

Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes, tenants must bring their own locks at time of move-in. Disc locks are not permitted. Management does not store combinations or keys to locks.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item. No food of any kind is permitted within a storage unit.

What are the hours of operation?
Access hours are 6am-11pm, 7 days/week. Please ensure you are off the property by 11pm as our access gate shuts down at this time.
